Job Title: 2nd Shift Maintenance Lead

Location: Broadway Plant

Position Summary:
\nThis person will be responsible for but not limited to making sure that the department runs at the Company set efficiency, will insure that breakdowns are restored in the quickest and safest means possible, will assist production in the daily operation of the department, being proactive to production needs. They will assume the supervisor’s responsibilities in his/her absence and help train fellow team members/new hires in areas as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:
\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.
\nAdditional maintenance training/experience required.
\n\n
