Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders from the warehouse. Order Fulfillment: Ensure products are accurately picked and packed to meet shipping deadlines and Amazons high standards of quality. Product Handling: Handle products with care and ensure that items are stored in the correct locations to optimize the flow of goods. Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to Amazons safety policies and procedures at all times. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily and weekly fulfillment goals. Quality Control: Inspect products for damages, defects, or discrepancies before packing. Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning devices, as necessary. Required Skills and Qualifications: Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for long periods. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality when handling inventory and orders. Team-Oriented: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and assist colleagues when necessary. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using handheld devices and operating warehouse management systems. Time Management: Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Good Communication Skills: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required. Experience in operating warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus, but training will be provided. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
