Reporting to the Global Benefits Leader, the full-time Global Benefits Analyst will administer comprehensive benefits programs, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage vendor relationships while working remotely, preferably from the Midwest or Northeast. Key responsibilities Serve as the plan administrator for all US benefits programs, handling employee inquiries and vendor performance management Lead Wellness initiatives for US and Global employees, engaging with vendors for webinars and wellness challenges Oversee the leave of absence and workers compensation administration process, ensuring compliance with relevant laws Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in US benefits administration; international benefits experience preferred Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for US and global benefits programs Experience with Workday HRIS system is preferred Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
