We are hiring an entry-level Marketing Associate to help build awareness and engagement across Central Oregon and beyond. You will support social media, local outreach, website content, CRM updates, email marketing, and campaign coordination while helping tell the Direct2 story to clients, partners, and the community. Responsibilities Create and schedule social media content; assist with photo, video, and copy. Support local outreach, partnerships, events, and community marketing in Bend and Central Oregon. Update website pages, listings, landing pages, and basic SEO content. Maintain CRM records, contact lists, and campaign follow-up. Assist with email marketing, reporting, research, and day-to-day coordination. Keep messaging consistent across digital and offline channels. Qualifications Entry-level candidate with strong writing, organization, and communication skills. Interest in marketing, aviation, travel, hospitality, or premium services. Comfortable learning social platforms, web tools, CRM systems, and analytics. Creative, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Relevant education, internship, project, or practical experience welcome; aviation experience not required. Compensation and benefits $70,000 per year. Full-time, entry-level role based in Bend, Oregon. Health, dental, and vision benefits; 401(k). On-site or hybrid work arrangement, depending on team and business needs.
