Special Event Staff / Parking Lot Attendant - $20.00 per hour – Radnor, PA

Cardinal Point Security Group has opportunities for experienced lot attendants who will support the safe, organized, and enjoyable operation of school events. Team members assist with customer service, crowd management, traffic control, facility monitoring, and security functions while promoting a positive environment for students, families, staff, and visitors.

Pay rate: $20.00 per hour

Location: Radnor, PA

Shift:

Varied evening and weekend shifts with varied start times

4-hour minimum

Support the safe, organized, and enjoyable operation of school events. Team members assist with customer service, crowd management, traffic control, facility monitoring, and security functions while promoting a positive environment for students, families, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor designated areas to ensure compliance with school and event policies.
• Assist with crowd flow before, during, and after events.
• Report facility issues, safety concerns, and incidents to supervisors.
• Assist in emergency evacuations and other emergency procedures when required.
• Monitor entrances, exits, parking lots, and other designated event areas.
• Enforce school policies, venue rules, and spectators conduct expectations.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter inappropriate behavior.
• Address disturbances, conflicts, and safety concerns in a calm and professional manner.
• Screen guests or monitor access points when required.
• Coordinate with school administrators, law enforcement, emergency personnel, and event management as needed.
• Document incidents and complete required reports.
• Assist with emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.
• Provide support during high-attendance or high-profile events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, event operations, security, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to school policies and procedures.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.

• First Aid, CPR, or security certifications are a plus.
