Are you an experienced commercial electrician who enjoys troubleshooting more than repetitive production work?

We are hiring a Lead Commercial Service Technician to support commercial and multifamily customers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

This is a field-driven role for a licensed Texas Journeyman who can walk into a service call, diagnose the issue, communicate professionally with the customer, and take ownership of getting the job completed correctly.

Responsibilities

• Run commercial and multifamily electrical service calls independently
• Troubleshoot electrical equipment, controls, lighting, and power-distribution systems
• Complete repairs, installations, upgrades, and maintenance
• Lead apprentices and helpers as assigned
• Work directly with property managers, facility managers, general contractors, and customers
• Identify additional service and project opportunities
• Assist with change-order and proposal information
• Prepare service documentation and material lists
• Manage smaller electrical projects
• Maintain assigned tools, equipment, and company vehicle
• Follow company safety procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License
• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Commercial electrical service experience
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to read plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
• Professional communication and customer-service skills

Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following is highly valued:

• Multifamily properties
• Tenant finish-outs
• Electrical remodels
• Lighting retrofits
• Emergency lighting
• Life-safety systems
• EV charger installations
• Property-management service work

Texas Master Electrician License is a plus.
